*The full conference fee includes access to conference sessions on both days, lunch and evening entertainment.

***Evening entertainment is included in the full conference fee. Partners or guests are welcome to attend the evening entertainment at the cost stated above.
Group discounts
If booking for five or more delegates from the same company, you are entitled to receive a 10% discount for each delegate attending.
Terms & conditions
Please note that all fees are EXCLUSIVE OF VAT, which will be charged at the UK rate of 17.5%. Payment of fees is 30 days from receipt of invoice. All fees must be paid prior to attendance at the conference.
Cancellation & substitution policy
Before 14th March - full refund
15th March to 15th April - 75% refund
16th April to 30th April - 50% refund
From 1st May - no refund
Delegate places may be substituted up to 14 days before the conference, incurring no penalty.
